Frank Garofolo and Donald Osborne have long been fascinated by the world of art. Frank is the owner of ‘Spaces’, an antiques and art gallery in the Art & Design Center in Cathedral City, CA. Donald, an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers and principal in Automotive Valuation Services, is an historian and CNBC Primetime TV host. They both serve as directors on the board of the Contemporary Art Council of the Palm Springs Art Museum and collect art spanning 4 centuries in their residences in California and Italy.
